Have a good time! And if you can find a webportal in Japan (which, let’s face it, should be like looking for spin in a Labour party conference) let us know how you’re getting on. 🙂
Oh, and if you find any Gundams or similar stompybots, bring me one back. I’ll pay you for it. Maybe.
Damn… I did it again! I’m used to being the only one in this house who comments on blogs and so never check the details on the form before I submit. I wonder how many other comments I’ve left in Topper’s name. D’oh!
rob: I found many, many Gundams and stompybots. There are six-floor shops in Akihabara full of them. Unfortunately, internet cafes don’t exist in Tokyo, and so therefore I only read your comment in the airport on the way home. I do have two boxes of pocky, though. Mmmm. Pocky.
Addendum: I googled for Pocky, so now I know what it is. But can’t you just melt down some Cadbury’s, get some breadsticks or something and have DIY-Pocky?

BRING POCKY
Pocky is overrated.
Pocky is nice.
You back yet?
I’ve never even had it. And what’s caused the change of heart?

Ah, never mind. I’m sure I shall find a stompybot somewhere.
Oh, and what exactly is Pocky? Am I the only one who doesn’t know?
