It concerns me that, given a clean mug, some instant hot chocolate powder and some boiled water, a thin layer of grease can form across the top of my mug. Have they found some way to dehydrate fat now?

You obviously favour a low quality hot choc. I go for Options Belgian which it always topped with a nice layer of froth rather than grease. Highly recommended and only 40 calories (unless you put as many spoonfuls as I do in the mug!)
This was an Options, but it was the Irish Cream flavour. We’ve got some of the Belgian Choc flavour in the tuck shop, though, so I might try that tomorrow.
Just leave the Caribbean Coconut flavour well alone…
…not that they are bad but I kinda like them. 🙂
