Car III

Hark! What is that noise I hear emanating from the front wheels? Could it be a failing wheel bearing? I really bloody hope not. Maybe I should just take the hint and ditch the stupid thing.

    You’re a games developer. Buy a sports car. :o)
How about a Lotus Elise? They’re great. Not comfy for long periods though. Maybe a Merc SLK 320?

  2. Chris says:

Yeah, right 🙂 i’d love an elise, but i think a fiesta is closer to my budget. My boss has a Z3 and there’s a TT, a couple of MR2s, and an MX3 in the company, too. I’m probably just going to end up paying for it to get through the mot in the end anyway…

  3. Phil says:

Ah well, perhaps after the next bonus, eh?(*). Z3’s are crap anyway. BMW’s. All bollocks. The Mk3 MR2’s are bollocks too. The Audi’s aren’t bad though.

(*) I’ve not had a bonus of any kind myself in this industry for over 10 years…

Curses. You don’t allow html in comments.

Chris… you forgot the Type-R… *sniff* 😉 Not that I can drive the sodding thing at present anyway!!!

  6. Chris says:

Sharky: Yeah. I did think about putting it in, but seeing as you can’t drive it yet, I didn’t think it counted.

  7. Chris says:

Phil: The MR2s are Mk1 and Mk2 respectively. And don’t forget the Audi TT is just a VW Golf with fancy bodywork 🙂

  8. Phil says:

Ah, the MR2 Mk2’s are cool, but then I have one, so I would say that. As for the TT, well, they still look quite neat, regardless of what’s underneath!

I’d rather have a TT than a BMW.
